BIG, BIG, BIG Dining . . . for the Worthy Ones
Designer, Nicole Hollis's background in architecture, fashion and design converges to create stylish interiors. Her mix of experience has been applied to a wide range of projects in New York, Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area. This Pacafic Heights dining room exemplifies her clean-lined, fashionable style with a nod towards the humorous - or is it? Big wing back chairs that head each end of the table and enormous light fixtures get even BIGGER with the duplication of the dining room via an oversized mirror. Simple benches without even the comfort of backs provide lowly seating for their guests. Or, is it the peons that are sometimes lucky enough to grace the table?
I love the look but I'm afraid I wouldn't feel terribly welcome as a dinner guest in this home. What do you think?
Scary! I agree with you.
