Los Angeles' Conga Room restaurant and dance club has received the American Institute of America's 2011 institute Honor Award for interior architecture. Designed by Santa Monica based Belzberg Architects, the hopping club boasts a LED lighting system that not only illuminates the ceiling of this rumba and salsa dance club, but it also controls the color and scale of the patterns based on the rhythms of the music, creating stunning visual effects.
