Love the Mix . . .

I love the style of this kitchen; old world yet clean-lined. And, I LOVE the mesh backed chair thrown in the mix! But, the brick floor looks rather cold and certainly is extremely impractical - can you imagine trying to clean up the crumbs in between the bricks? I would just add art on the blank wall in between the windows. Perhaps a graphic piece with white letters on a brick orange background saying, "Don't forget to vacuum"?
