Italian Bathroom Sinks: The Elusive Drain

Italy has lead the cutting edge of product and furniture design for decades. As far as I can see, they're still in the forefront and there's no indication that it is changing. With sink design, companies are not only exploring shapes and materials, but they are also creating  unique drains and unexpected storage. Moma Design excels at this latest rage. 

I wonder, though, how one would unclog the drain or retrieve a slipped ring without having to remove pipes below . . . I'll be visiting bath showrooms to research the design details and will give you an update next week.
